As far as I know - just for a 6 week check-up unless something goes wrong and you need to be checked sooner

oh Dear Dear, this is just the beginning of doing what you really dont wanna be doing at the moment 
be glad that youre not going to the dr and lugging with you a carseat, stroller, diaper bag, snacks, bottles and the kitchen sink...
now does it sound easier ?

Yeah but I still don't want to go to the doctors...
I am in and out of my doctors appts in about 10 minutes - maybe 15. Are you in there longer is that why you don't want to go?
I love going - only because I get to hear my babys heartbeat everytime.

No it's quick usually 15 mins or so. I look forward to hearing the heartbeat. I just hate the waiting but the acutal visit is usually fairly quick. I am dying for my next sono. I should be getting one more.

Your sister is coming into Astoria tomorrow. We're having dinner at a spanish place. You are more than welcome to join us...I know it's hard for you but you are still welcomed...

You are lucky then - I was just told 2 weeks ago - that I will no longer be getting sonograms - unless something seems wrong

I've heard you can have up to three. My doctor said it won't be done until like 4 weeks before my due date. You know what just to be on the safe side I am going to call my Ins. company and make sure they cover it.

I know how you feel! they just switched me to every 2 weeks instead of the monthly visits and it gets to a be a little much.....but like another poster said, lets be thankful we arent lugging diaper bags and strollers there with us - - yet!!
