Should I buy shoes?

So I spent lots of moola on tip toey joey shoes, but they are just too narrow for my wide footed boy, so I went to Clarkes today and I was wondering if I should buy him some crawlers? Usually he wears his Cheeky Monkey Robeez type booties, but today at the mall 2 people had to hand them to me as he keeps pulling them off...

So...shoes or no shoes???

I didn't buy Sarah shoes until she was walking. Chat Icon Figured why spend the money until she really needed them.

I guess my thing about the shoes is that the whippersnapper take his shoes and socks off constantly and is left with barefeet! And its cold out...so I thought that if I got shoes that he couldn't take off, I could keep his tootsies warm outside in this cold British weather!!

So chilly that we need the central heating on!!

Re: Should I buy shoes?

I did the no shoes thing until he walked on his own...

However- it was summer when he went barefoot- so his feeties were never cold

I guess you do crawlers or you do put tights on him like black one's or white ones that way he can't pull anything off and he will stay warm. Not the stocking material kind but the knit ones. I know it's not the most masculine option but it is one.

I was going to suggest this.

Or go to a payless type store & get him non expensive sneakers. Does England have Dunnes Stores or Penney's? (2 of my favorite places to shop in Ireland) They are usually reasonable.

Re: Should I buy shoes?

Do you have Old Navy in the UK? or can you order from their site?

I found that the ankle socks there were really great for that time period. I had to buy a size bigger for wide feet, but they are snug
