a friend of ours got married trwo years ago in a wicked storm and guess what? they had less people cancel than at dh and my own wedidng which was in perfect weather! but still, that poor bride and her fiance!

I remember Feb break of 03 - that first Sunday night of break - we had a wedding to go to and I knew two other couples who were getting married that night! There was literally a blizzard while everyone was at the wedding and all these teachers who got married then and planned on leaving on a honeymoon the next day had them cancelled!!

We got married in January and all I worried about was a snowstorm. Instead, we got married on the coldest day EVER!!! Which was just as bad cuz there were no outside pics.
