today on campus a student got hit by a car
a 19 year old girl was walking across the road by kelly caferteria you all know where that is who ever works or goes to college there. and a senior did not stop at a stop sign because of the sun was in there eyes and hit this poor girl who is now clinging for life in stonybrook hospital! Please say a prayer for her and that their will be a miracle that she recovers from this. T.I.A.

yea one of my co-workers was 2 hours late because it was soo backed up on campus they had a investigation going on and at first we though we were hearing from people that she was killed than on the radio on walk said she was fighting for her life.i really hope she does recover i mean the holidays is right around the corner what a thing to happen to someone before the Holidays i cant imagine what her family is going through wondering if she is going to make it!

**UPDATE** Now the story says that she is still fighting. That was wierd. They said she had passed away. They should really check their info

I actually heard about this today.
I have been trying to take a typing test there and they said part of the reason of not being able to get parking was due to this incident.
I hope this girl makes it!

People just are not careful enough when the sun is shining in their eyes. My friend was in a horrible accident because another driver couldn't see the traffic light (the sun was in his eyes) and decided to go anyway. My prayers go out to that poor girl.

That's horrible!!!
and for the girl that hit her, if she really was blinded by the sun, I feel really bad for her too!

my thought and prayers are with her family my heart breaks hearing this i mean she was only 19 years old! she didn't have a chance to do what she wanted to do after college!i am sure they are going to have a moment of silence at the college!
