Trader Joes

Anyone eat the frozen fish from Trader Joes? If you do, what do you recommend? Everytime I go there I almost buy it and then something stops me. I almost bought the mahi mahi last week that was already seasoned but at the last minute i changed my mind.

I am eating a Thai Mushroom Soup from Trader joes right now....Its smelly lol....My cube mate said uh oh someones eating something smelly, and I said oh thats my lunch lol.....

I've had the Mahi Mahi, Halibut and Orange Roughie (Roughy??) from there...all were delicious.

I'm not a fan of pre-seasoned fish (I like my own seasoning) so I've only tried the "naked" fish.

How do you ususally cook the frozen fish from there?

Any way that I'd cook fresh fish - grill, bake, broil.

I typically use fresh oregano (sometimes I'll add basil & parsley), lemon (juice and wedges), garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil....and when I bake/broil, I do all of the above and add some vegetable broth to the bottom of the dish.

I like a simple - yet flavorful - seasoning.

i've had the swordfish and it was really good, i just broiled it.
