I LOVE our new owners.
We sold our condo and closed back in May. We had a 30 day rent back and were due to move on June 15 to a hotel. Then we found our house and the closing is going to go very quickly and we will move into our new home on June 25. I called the new owners and asked for two extra weeks- they said no problem.
They are so easy going- not worried if we are ever going to leave, etc. They told us if the closing got held up to just let them know and we have more time. I am just so happy we don't have to move twice in a month!
Oh, and generosity pays off- we gave them our patio grill for being so nice.
