What is your interpretation of "video re-do"??? (sorry, wedding related)

Ok so I got my wedding video months ago... and hated it..

so I emailed the company and told them and they said they would do it over... I told them that I didn't like the highlight chapter and the getting ready chapter and I wanted it DONE OVER. Which to me, would mean going back to the raw footage and putting in DIFFERENT things. I told them I wanted them include more stuff (not sure of the exact details because I have the email at work) and I also told them that the sound was off by 2 seconds so everyone's mouths were moving out of sync. To me, that's not professional.

So today it comes in the mail.. I watch it.. It's the same EXACT video, just with the sound the right way. Should I be ******?? I mean really... why am I telling them to DO IT OVER, if all they did was fix the sound? Plus, the DVD they sent was all messed up (kept skipping, etc.). I want to email them AGAIN, but I don't even know what to say!

i would def call them again. you paid good money for it and pointed out what you didnt like about it, they should fix it to your liking

i would call and tell them exactly what you want. there is no reason why they shouldn't change it.

omg - I am nervous because I think I used the same photographer you did.......... I am still waiting on my video.

ETA: Tell them you are STILL Unhappy!!!!! I am sure you paid a lot of $$$$ to these people and you DESERVE to be happy with it!!!
