Funny ebay story - would you be upset or laugh?
My sister is an Ebayaholic as well. She bought a set of sheets for her son a few weeks ago. It went into a bidding war and she wound up spending almost $50 for the sheets.
When they arrived... they had a big orange sticker that said $10.99 on them 
I told her thats the beauty of ebay - you paid what you were willing to pay.
She was mad and said they could have at least pulled the sticker off

Both. I would be upset- and then laugh. Who WANTS to knwo they just got ripped off- but then again- no one forced you to buy them.

OMG! That is funny but I probably would have been mad at myself for paying so much.
But also - if I was the seller I would take OFF the price tag!

Yeah thats the reaction my sister had. Money is really tight and she felt really ripped off. She would have never given it a second thought if they had just pulled the sticker off though!!!

I found myself with ebay that it's so easy to get caught up in the searching and bidding that it's easy to forget that some of this stuff can be found just as inexpensively, and that there is such a risk of paying more for something than it's worth!

There are so many things people pay way too much money for on ebay while thinking they got a super bargain. I'm sorry she got ripped off, the seller really should have removed the price tag. It's sort of like rubbing her face in it and calling her "sucka"

That is pretty funny, but that is what happens when you get caught up in a bidding war....
I love when that happens, but only when I am the seller..
Let me give you my ebay name, so you can give it to your sister...I would like for her to bid on my auctions
