lol, yeah. my sister really deserves this...she needs something with a garage. she has a disability and walks with a cane...having a car outside is a little hard. I'm so proud of her!

Wow that is really nice! I love it. We were thinking about buying an investment prop. Are they able to be rented out? Do you need board approval? Is there maintenance? What is the asking price again. Congrats to your sister!

It's a co op so I believe you need board approval...not sure about renting. The taxes and maintenance per month are rolled in: $500
