AS im reading threads on the parenting board Im feeling...
a little nervous. many of them are in a rut ever since the little one arrived. i dont want this to happen

I think for some having a new baby will bring couples closer, others will have to have work at it. Having a baby does change everything, (for the better), but it's change and some people adapt to it better than others.
It's not going to be easy, but its worth it. Just keep the lines of communication open and don't be discouraged if you find yourself in a rutt, work to get out of it
I wouldn't worry about this now - enjoy your pregnancy and see what happens when the time comes

Nancy, many times the joy of a new baby brings the stress of trying to adjust...enjoy your pregnancy and know that many of us (me included) love our DH's to death, but they need a hammer to the noggin' once in a while...
Hell, he needed that once in a while BEFORE Bella was born...

As a BTDT 2x all I can say is that everything takes a lot of adjusting to but once things are in a good routine all things will work out

I have been feeling the same way lately, so much that I was actually in tears, just from being overwhelmed with family and work.
I know it will work out and get better, I am trying to take one day at a time, but there is alot of planning involved before you bring home a baby !!
