Starting WW
I just started WW this week in sayville but thinking of going to patchogue. Just wante to know which works better for most people Flex or core? I have to lose about 25-30 by june and I am starting to see the scale move (on the flex) but I am also prett hungry. I am doing 20-22 points. Any opinions on which works better?
