We went for a long weekend last year to Sunny Isle.....it is about 5-10 min north of South Beach. It is between South Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. We stayed at Trump Sonesta Beach Resort and had a really good time. We had a waterfront room with balcony-it was really nice.

I love Tampa. I love the nightlife, Clearwater Beach is right there, Busch Gardens
South Beach is a lot of fun as well. Once we rented an airboat down there to take us through the everglades. It was a blast.
I am a huge fan of Daytona as well. Some people think that it has seen its day, but I think it is a lot of fun. You have the boardwalk, the beach, and clubs. It is really affordable too.
