Mine were back within the week. We went on a Saturday and I had the results at the end of that week.

They should call you once they have the results I would think...
maybe call them if you don't hear by the end of the week?

They GENERALLY don't call you unless something is wrong. My doctor did tell me to call them. I would call and see if they are in, esp. since it's been 2 weeks.

Testing to see if you are a carrier for any genetic disorders (cystic fibrosis, TaySachs, etc.). If both parents are carriers, there is a chance you can produce a baby with the disease.
