STORY
SPEARS TO GIVE BIRTH ON TV
Pop sensation BRITNEY SPEARS has reportedly agreed to screen the birth of her baby on the next series of her reality TV show BRITNEY AND KEVIN: CHAOTIC.
In a bid to beat pop rival JESSICA SIMPSON's show NEWLYWEDS, the MY PREROGATIVE hitmaker has decided to allow cameras at the intimate moment, to boost lacklustre ratings.
The baby is due later this year (05) and will be Spears' first child and husband KEVIN FEDERLINE's third.
A source told British tabloid The Daily Star, "Britney was in two minds about the birth even after she'd decided to do a one-off special to introduce the little one to the world.
"It'd be a follow-up to the series and also a great record for them. It's just like the proud dad taping the event.
"Cameras won't roll through the most intimate parts but there will be scenes included."

i love watching "A Baby Story" and thats not even FAMOUS people!
but realllly..... why would people get mad that SHE is doing it when regular everyday people do it all the time on the TLC show "A Baby Story" and that other one on Discovery channel.
the only difference to me is that she is famous.

Gonna have to agree with you on that one. I actually give her credit for doing it, because most celebrities wouldn't.

i dont know. she doesnt really NEED to money or publicity. she is prob doing it b/c she is proud. and wants to share it with the world... just like the women on the TLC type shows.
but i dont know her perosnally so i can not say.

none of the Celebrities need the money.. they just take every opportunity to cash in when they can... J. Lo does perfume and clothing.. Brittney does at home movies and childbirth. neither need the money, its just the new trend in Hollywood- keeping your name out there

-due in fall. most likey late August or September..... i think september though but not positive
-who knows. half the tabloids say she is ahving a girl and the other half say she is shopping for a boy.
-rumors of brit having twins have not been confirmed by her or her reps

I kinda have to give her credit there. I would not want ANY cameras anywhere near the delivery room when I was in labor. Whatever her motivations are (shallow though they probably are) she is really putting herself out there with this. I couldn't do it. But, to me, the birth of your child is a private and special moment for you to share with your DH and maybe your mom. I can appreciate the women who film their births for TLC too though - just not something I could personally do.

I agree- it's just such a personal thing. For me, it'll be something I just want to share with DH, not the general public.
And I have no interest in seeing what Britney's nether regions look like. Bad enough I had to see that pic of her grabbing K-Fed's lads in public.
