I would say unisex. My daughter loves all of her FP Aquarium stuff and her Baby Einstein stuff.

We have that Ocean Wonders thing and we have a girl. I thought she would like it since she liked the bouncy. WRONG. Huge waste of money for us.
I've never seen that pack and play but its cute. I think it could be for a boy or a girl. Our pack n play is neutral.

I registered for ocean type stuff/ blue stuff(including that baby einstein pack and play) and we don't know what we're having. I say go for it, little girls can enjoy blue too!

I have a daughter and find that most things seem tohave more boyish colors than girl colors. You will find that most things come in blues and reds. I consider this unisex.
I think they use blues and reds because they do not show stains as easily as pinks and yellows.
