Question about Iced coffee/latte

I went to DD yesterday and got a Decaf Iced Caramel Latte and about an hour later I was bouncing off the wall and Ive been up since 4 am sick to my stomach.

Is it ok to drink that? Do you know how much sugar is in it? I used to love them now I am so afraid to drink it again, my stomach is still sour,

last night was the first time I had it in almost 3 months.

Goto dunkindonuts.com, they list the nutrition facts of everything so you can see what you are drinking.

I goto to all the fast food places websites, they all have nutrition facts
