Another Home Owners Insurance Question
This may be a stupid question but when you are closing on a house, do you pay the insurance in full for the year or do you pay a deposit and then pay monthly. Thanks for the help!

We paid in full for the year. We had to show a receipt from our insurance company to the mortgage company.
