Re: Pumping questions
I pump with the pump in style and I purchased for about 15 bucks attachments to allow me to pump directly into Avent bottles which is what I use for Jack.

Re: Pumping questions
It sounds like you have enough to me. I didnt buy any accessories to go with the pump.. (I have the pump in style) I store the milk in the avent bottles and feed him with the Dr. Browns.

Re: Pumping questions
I have the medela original I didn't buy any accessories. I just bought some storage bags. For bottles I use Advent. I also have the Advent Isis hand pump I bought while we lived in Ireland and had no problems with it. I used it to skip a feeding here and there to allow DH to introduce the bottle to Alex.

Re: Pumping questions
I didn't buy any attachments at first, I also have the PISA I pumped into the bottles and transferred it to the avent bottles later.
After the first few weeks I bought the lanoish (sp) storage bags for freezing, they have a double zipper closure and are easy to work with. I also chose to buy larger horns for better comfort when pumping as well as a hands free pumping bra which I would highly recommend if you are returning to work.

Re: Pumping questions
I bought the Medala attachments...but because I was pumping every 3 hours...since James was in the hospital....it just made it easer to carry 2 or 3 attachment kits with me...so that I always had a clean on handy when I was at the hospital.

Thats a good idea, I always felt it was a pain in the butt to clean them so often!
