Massapequa park $399,000
mass park
This house is right down the block from me. It was a rental that was destroyed since the owner lived out of state. A contractor bought it to flip it, put a new roof, siding anderson windows, and I think resheetrocked the entire house. No one knows what happened after that but it isnt finished (still needs rugs, steps etc) The house was listed at $549 and the didnt get any lookers and just lowered it to $399. That is a steal in this neighborhood.
Someone nice please move in.

If you click "visit our website" on the MLS ad, you go to the real estates description. It says it will be sold to the higest bidder in July. I was so upset, but I knew it was too good to be true.

I went to see it last night. It was actually a quick flip too, the cabinets are uneven. But a great town! July 7th is the decision date and the starting bid is 399.
