I don't know what it is. I don't consume caffeine, don't eat late, don't exercise right before bed...I don't get it!

Heres some  vibes
I have the opposite prob.i fall asleep no prob by the peepers pop open at 3am and I can't really fall asleep again for any length of time.I drag during the day sometimes also
