our ferret has to be put down.
her name is mary and she is almost 9 years old... we've had her since she was a baby.... it's very sad...
dh just brought her to the vet... we think she had some sort of stroke or something.. she has had adrenal gland disease for a few years now but the last few month have not been good but she was still was running around and playing with us... but the other day i noticed she hard time getting out of bed abd going to potty... she was almost crying while trying to go potty..
it's was her time... we were hoping it would have happened in her sleep last night peacefully... but we dont want to see her suffer from pain anymore... since she cant really walk anymore either!!

I am sorry. I know how hard that is. Our presious Mushy had cancer and he passed on the operating table. He was about 8 or 9 years old.
