Pilates DVD's
Can anyone recommend a Pilates DVD that is good? I want something basic yet good. There are so many out there.

I really like the Windsor Pilates. They have a beginners and more advanced ones. They really worked for me when I did them.
Now, when they sit on a shelf collecting dust, not so much!!

I used the Crunch Fat-Burning Pilates for awhile and it was pretty good. A little more aerobic than traditional Pilates so you get more of a workout IMO. It's not all matwork.

I actually have a burned copy of the winsor pilates. I think I've done it all of 2 times, if that much (it's hard as hell!) but I can have brett burn another copy for you if you want...
