Every baby is different when it comes to doing their business. It varies with age and size and how much they consume. It is my understanding that they go less than BFing babies, but how much less varies. Christopher has always been pretty regular going about once a day.

Alyson was once a day until she started eating solids...

sometimes she would skip a day here and there or sometimes she'd have 2 a day.

Now she doesn't seem to stop!!

I have recently switched to formula at every feeding and he hasn't gone since yesterday morning. Now I am wondering if that it was he is so cranky.

I had to start Lauren on formula when she was 3 weeks old because I was in the hospital with a kidney infection. Since then, she poops about once a day, sometimes she'll go twice, but its just a little.

Sometimes Katie poops 2x a day..mostly just 1x a day and then we have days where she doesn't poop at all!
