Sleep Issues-resolved!

Just an update on our sleeping issues!

After all my moaning, the thing that seemed to do the trick and help Noah to sleep all night was the simple act of taping black garbage bags over the windows in my bedroom. I think that the chinks of light coming through the black out curtains were waking him up. I figured this out because he was waking at 4.30am, the lady on the news said the sun comes up at 4.30am...so I made the connection!

So, now Noah sleeps all night (maybe waking once for a bottle or a cuddle) and wakes up at anytime between 6.30 and 8.45....and the best thing is...last night he slept in his crib. ALL NIGHT. (mind you I put him to sleep in my bed and moved him when I came up to bed)

Something else that seems to have helped is that I give him my t-shirt when he goes to bed, so whatever shirt I am wearing, I take off and give to him, he uses this as a comforter...which is great because he is not good at comforting himself.

Anyway...off to babygroup! I feel so rested!
