MY Crazy update (LONG)
Figured I would start a new post its easier...
And Im gonna RSONY bash, so if anyone doesnt want to here it, they may not want to read this...
You all will think Im crazy but of course I am...LOL...SO...what I did was after the news of no IUI from NSUH ( my new re) I figured, lemme go see what RSONY has to say...plus I needed a Snythroid refill and dont have an endocrinologist yet. SO..I went this morning. Yes, I now have 3 cysts and 1 is HUGE.
Let me tell you I was there over an hr and a half and it was so packed and the NP's were being so rude, that I was thinking the entire time..why didnt I leave this place sooner? They dont even seem to knwo what they are doing anymore and from having seen how NSUH 's clinic runs, well its a WORLD of difference. You feel at NSUH that they KNOW who you are....it really is 100% better in my opinion.
SO...after waiting forever...I see Dr. Bray, my original Dr. who I havent seen in 6 months, she didnt even know who I was. And she says no meds...obviously but had no objections to a natural IUI.
The funniest part is how I asked her a million questions. About my FSH , about DH's SA , about why I am getting these large cysts and why on our 6th IUI we arent getting more agressive...about why with a borderline high FSH and 2 previous PG losses IVF is even an option for me, because due to the fragility of my eggs, IVF is not as successfully for me or wouldnt be...
Well she didnt answer NOT ONE of my questions. She beat around the bush, she gave me not one solid answer. She actually looked annoyed I was questioning them. I almost said, do you have any idea whats even going on with me truly?
It was indeed pitiful, and Im now SOOO happy about my decision to leave...
BUT...of course theres a BUT....I think we are going to do the iui with them anyway. The reasoning behind it, is that I am having the HSG on wednesday and I want the increased chnace of conceiving that the HSG brings....
So while I respect NSUH's decion and I actually feel guilty Im "kinda" lying...I feel better knowing that if this cycle fails, I will have no "what if's" in my mind and then I can leave RSONY for GOOD and be happy with the choices we made.
Me and DH decided we would be more relaxed about TTC and not get obsessed, if we have to miss the IUI for some reason, its ok...we just need at this point to stay SANE....

Ah Donna, I am so sorry you are being put through so many trials and such emotional turmoil. I think you are wonderful for just staying SANE in all of this!!
I am sure you and DH are making the decisions best for you....and hope they bring you that bfp sooner rather than later...

There is a sign up at RS that requests Dr Bray's patients not to wear perfume...the funny part about the whole thing is HOW THE HELL DO YOU KNOW WHEN YOU WILL EVEN SEE DR BRAY OR ANY OTHER DOCTOR ? LOL It's potluck there lol I guess you can call in and ask if Dr. Bray is in, in order to check on whether you should wear your perfume or not. I am sure the reception desk would love that question....lol

ITs funny b/c when I saw she was there I was like OH thank god I didnt wear perfume....LOL ....She scares me when she smells it.

Donna,
I happy that this experience has reiterated your decision to seek medical attention somewhere else. No one should be made to feel they aren't important at a doctor's office. Whatever you decide about the upcoming cycle will be what is best for you. If you want to go through with the IUi, do it; if not, take a break and enjoy yourself.
On a side note, why can't you wear perfume if you're a patient of Dr. Bray?

I think shes allergic to it?? ONE time I wore something and I thought she was gonna die in front of me...It was scary...

I am curious ....how much does it cost everytime you have an IUI ??? Does insurance cover this??
I also wanted to add that I truly cant wait to see you on the boards telling us you are pregnant......Baby Dust to you and Danny
