American Idols Fans
Simon Cowell was on Regis & Kelly today & he was talking about the twins. He said he would have NEVER let them be in the top 24. He said he HATED them. Kelly asked why would they break the law & then go on National television. And Simon was like exactly. They are STUPID! It was very funny.

Oh yeah he also mention that there seems tol be more fighting this season. Which he is loving because they feel it boosts the ratings

Yeah I knew they wouldn't get through. They just wanted to keep them around as long as possible for the drama they created.
It's so funny though...every year on AI there is at least one contestant with an arrest or criminal record or something!

i don't think they know till somebody else figures it out....
to screen the number of applicants they have is a tuff process (well, not exactly without paying big money)
i work in consoulting and background checks for companies and its a lot of money. tv hate to spend money. so people may slip by the system.
the twins werent good compared to others anyway. to go to the 24, it has to be unaminous by all 3 and not just 2.

That's not true. There were people who made it to the top 24 where the votes weren't unanimous.
I definitely agree that the twins weren't as good as a bunch of the guys who made it to the next round. I know drama helps the ratings, but I found the twins incredibly annoying. I wish they devoted more air time to other more talented contestants than the twins.

One of the girls made it after Simon told her the decision wasn't unanimous. I also doubt Simon voted for the grey haired guy b/c Simon kept saying how he didn't like that guy.
