Question re: Exercise and TTC/Pregnancy
I used to run a few days/wk but haven't for the past few months. I want to start again.
I think I've heard that you shouldn't make changes like this right before you want to ttc - is that true? is it ok to gradually start exercising again or will it make ttc harder? I really want to get into a regimen now so i can continue exercising when i am pg. any advice would be great. thank you. Also for the ladies that are PG or have been - would love your input too!

I would say just start slow. Start with walking on the treadmill or track and then slowly increase your rate.

Re: Question re: Exercise and TTC/Pregnancy
Honestly...I would avoid running and switch it to walking or the cross trainer. I think running may interfere with implantation.
I'm a gym fanatic myself and have really toned down my workouts. DH says he's going to "tie me down" to keep from going to the gym
