We seem to always have the same issues
I am going to kill my DH right now too. He decided to invite a bunch of friends over to watch the UFC fight. They are watching it in our living room right where Andrew WAS sleeping but is now awake and screaming. I am not even going down there. Let DH handle it

I'm just so mad because he'll stress out about getting laundry done or cleaning the house, yet, he won't bother to stress about the IMPORTANT things like making sure he adds our daughter to our insurance policy before 30 days is up (which, btw, it is on WEDNESDAY!), and I had to get script filled for her and it cost me 80 bucks to find out my husband is an idiot and didn't do what he was supposed to. Now I'm terrified that he's going to miss the 30 day window to get the baby added. I'm so stressed and I do not even want to look at him.

Dont worry, every day, there's something I can find to complain about 
But on a more serious note, DONT MISS THE 30day deadline!!!!!!! We are living proof that NO ONE will "let it slide!"
It happened to us   My husband begged to excuse it, it was just a few days past  There just so happened to be a NASTY HR woman in his company's benefits dept working on it and as he asked, she spitefully STAMPED/STOMPED the date stamp on his paperwork to SET IT IN STONE that it was done late and we know darn well, his company could have played an "ooops, my fault, it was on time " game, but they didnt. He even had Execs and Directors involved, just because they were appalled that this was done to someone so valuable 
Long story short (if this is short ) the insurance company was SOOOO NICE about it all, saying we HAD called with most of the info (male, DOB, stats, etc) they just needed the official paperwork, and it was up to the company to get it in, even if late, since they did have our info in plenty of time. so it was his damn company who we have to thank.. Even the VP of his dept was like "how do these people sleep at nite "
so we basically had to shell out $150 per month for my son from March to Dec to have him on his own insurance 
Sorry to ramble, but this was an experience and a half for us, I almost went to his HR dept myself to kill this woman
