YES!! I love them!! just make sure you get it from a place that is busy so you know it's fresh!
Very good for you sandwich. The eggs are hardboiled and mayo is pasteurized, yummy I think I will have one for lunch today!

Just make sure the mayo is pasturized. I eat them all the time at home but deli mayo makes me nervous.

Thanks all ! The deli is a real busy one - I am not sure about pasturized mayo. Should I call them??

99.9% of deli's use pasteurized mayo, like hellmans, otherwise they endanger themselves with salmonella with everyone, not just pg people with lawsuits due to small child/elderly deaths, and people getting sick. If it gives you piece of mind I'd say give them a call.

Re: Egg Salad from a deli ok to eat?
I'd ask just to make sure - I worry about stuff like that. Like are they buying a big huge TUB of cheap mayo to save $$$ and its not pasturized....but I'm just paranoid about mayo I guess LOL
Now I want egg salad for lunch too!!
