Looked at a house tonight

We made an appointment earlier tonight to go and look at a new construction home on the water in Copiague. We get to the house and it looks nice from the outside, the broker shows up and proceeds to tell us that he doesn't have the keys and has been calling the construction worker all day for them but he hasn't called him back. I was so MAD!!! How could he not let us know that he didn't have the keys before we went there!! We spoke to him five minutes before arriving to the house to make sure that he was on his way. I cannot believe how unprofessional people are.

That is kind of bizarre that he didnt say anything to you. Have you used him b4? If you never used him b4, maybe he didnt tell you, so he could get you there and see if he could show you other houses, or see what else you were interested in.
