So... as long as I stick to the WW Flex plan...

I will continue to lose weight? I know I'll have down weeks, but since it's only my 2nd week I should though, right? I'm so worried I haven't lost anything this week. I've been following the plan exactly. I count and measure everything that goes in my mouth. It's just hard believing that you can eat most of what you want, reasonable amount of course, and still lose weight. I've been doing a great job so far and I'm really proud of myself, but I'm still skeptical. I did lose 5lbs. the first week, but that could of been because I stopped drinking sweet tea, or something, not because of my eating habits. What do you think? Thanks!

you should keep losing. after the first couple of weeks it will probably slow down a bit, but you should be able to lose 1-2 lbs a week as long as you stick to the plan. i know, i also think it's hard to believe that you can eat what you want and still lose weight, but it works! that's why i love ww! for me a lot of it is portion control. that and just making better choices, like cooking with less fat and using reduced fat or fat-free foods. congrats on your loss! I am such a believer in the plan. I have been on for about 18 weeks and I have lost 32 pounds. I have not gained yet! I am so happy. It is easy once you get used to it. It is about learning what you can have, and how much of it. Good Luck!
