1st Mother's Day....should I "ask" for anything in particular?
I don't want anything $$$$, but something that would signify my first mother's day.
What did you ask for/did you get?

ETA: I say if there is something you want - ask for it....especially if it has sentimental meaning.

If I do want anything specific I think I want another charm for the charmbracelet DH got me for Christmas.
I love the site that MrsR posted a while ago...

I wanted to sleep in. And I did ....after the interruptions on where the bottles were, how long to heat up breast milk, burping him, changing him, etc.

I told my DH I "wouldn't mind" a baby girl shoe (mary jane) charm, like Sunny described, or a baby girl charm for my Nomination charm bracelet.

All I ask for is that DH acknowledges it and maybe gets me a card. I'm certainly not going to get my hopes up for anything big.

I needed a new everyday watch, so I asked for that. it makes me smile whenever I put it on.
