Sorry for the dumb question
When they say date of your last period ( at the Dr, or when figuring out your EDD) do they mean the first day of your last period or the last day of your last period?
Its last right?

Definitely first as that is considered the first day of your cycle.

1st day of your last period....but I dont see why they count from that day being you really dont conceive until almost 1 1/2 weeks later when you ovulate. But that's how they do it!
