she was under the table servicing her husband at a restaurant when her jaw locked from the anyrism. Her husband didn't know what else to do to get her jaw to release, so he stabbed her with a fork.

I agree. Still a great show, but this episode was a little off.
WHY would Bailey want to bring her baby to the hospital and expose him to all of that?
WHY wouldn't McDreamy already know about the thing with George - the way people gossip around that hospital there's NO WAY he wouldn't have known yet.
and WHY wouldn't someone tell George to go get a PROFESSIONAL HAIRCUT!! Ugh!!
