Question About Star?
I need a copy of the deed for the Star program, but I didnt get a copy of the deed, or at least I dont think I did.
While going through my paperwork, I came across A piece of paper that said - Bargain and Sale Deed - With Covenant Against Grantors Act. Is this what I need to send with my star application???

Scott,
I would contact the office you send the STAR application into. In Suffolk, it's goes by towns. I think you are in Nassau, so I'm not sure if it goes by Town or if it's County-wide. I'm sure the people in the office would know what you'll need.
