SOOO Upset
I know this is a wedding related post so don't flame me!
I got my wedding album in the mail today- FINALLY and its horrible. The layout is beautiful- mostly due to the hours I spent with talented people fixing what they had done. But the quality is HORRIBLE. The pics are not sharp, they are blurry, the colors are off and overall, just a very amatuerish job. I could have gone to snapfish or shutterfly and done a better job on my own.
I emailed the company and told them just how disappointed I was in no uncertain terms very politely. I have no idea what to do about this otherwise so I am just waiting to hear from them.

So sorry they messed up your beautiful wedding pics! Good for you standing up to them and letting them know the quality is unacceptable to you. Keep on them and don't back down!

Thanks for the advice, guys! I really am an easy to please person so its pretty bad. I have learned with the company that when I complain politely and ask them send my comments to the owner, he usually comes back with extras to make me happy. This time I want a new album! This one stinks.

OMG Christine, I am so sorry. I remember all the issues you had with the pics to begin with. I was hoping that at least your album would come out great. It was your only wedding day and you deserve to be satisfyed. Fight for what you want.

I am so sorry to hear this! I am glad that you contacted the owner. Hopefully he'll make you a new album and oversee the process himself. Otherwise, i would ask for a refund, get the negs, if you don't already have them, and make your own.
