I've heard hairspray helps with ink stains
I work with different dyes in the laboratory and everytime I have spilt something I use hairspray. Drench the spot with hairspray and then rub it with an old toothbrush. It works every time!

I believe that dabbing it with rubbing alcohol will work. I've gotten a lot of permanant ink out that way.
