my sister is 13 wks pregnant with her 2nd child...
shes feeling a lot of pressure pains in her groin area....is this ok...or cause to alarm?

I had the same kind of pressure and still get it at 29 weeks. My little  just likes to rest very low and has since the beginning.
I also think that if the pressure is bad, or she is really concerned about it, that a call to the dr. is a good idea.

I felt that kind of pressure pretty much throughout the entire pregnancy. I think they call it Round Ligament Pain. Actually now that I'm 37 weeks it seems to have gone away pretty much, which is weird because the baby has "dropped" so you'd think it would be worse.

I did start feeling lots of pressure there...up until recently (but thats just me)... I know that one of the girls I work with...we are due just days apart, and in the beg. she had major pressure...it turned out to be a bladder infection (or something similar) Couldnt hurt to call the Dr!

Yes from week 11 and I'm now in week 15. Tell her to push her water, they told me it might be a dehydrated uterus......who knew that could happen LOL In 2 weeks I am getting a cervical check just to make sure it's closed properly.

I've felt lots of pressure on and off every where - i think its from all the stretching and adjusting going on down there.
