I am so proud of myself!! I explored into new territory today!!
I made my first ever home made sauce with meatballs and sausage. And I must say, it came out really good, but DH will be the real tester. AND...I even cleaned up the kitchen after myself. I am so proud and impressed!!
Of course, my dad was calling every 10 minutes to make sure I was doing everything right..because he IS the expert!!

Took about 2 hours, maybe two and a half from start to finish. I am so psyched for dinner now. I offered to send my dad some in Florida because his wife is here and heading back in a few hours but he didn't want any, I think hes worried by the competition. Dad and I are very competitive when it comes to cooking and whose is better!!

I love making homemade sauce!!
it's so easy--I don't do meatballs ( I should) because I hate touching raw meat....but I do use sausage

Well congrats!!! It's great when you make it for the first time... so rewarding (especially when it tastes good)

I love putting in boneless spareribs as well...adds good flavor to the sauce and tehy taste so yummy!!!
