Re: Peg Perego Venezia Stroller
I have it, one of several I have , and I LOVE it. I used it right from the beginning, I just snapped the infant seat into it and never used a Snap and Go. It fully reclines so they can sleep in it, plus the handle reverses so that you can have them face you or out. The basket is nice and big, and it maneuvers easily with the wheels. I love that it also has a boot to it, that stores away or can come up and aroundthe front to go over the baby's feet so that they can stay warm in cooler weather.
The downside - its on the heavy side, but totally manageable.

Re: Peg Perego Venezia Stroller
I have a Peg Perego Venezia-Black Sable-2005 model. I loved the carriage when my son was small but as he got older it was too bulky and heavy. The stroller took up too much space in my trunk. The carriage has a great basket and recline. I loved the reversal handle when he was small so I could watch him at all times. The zip around boot is also a great feature. However, I always seemed to have difficulty with the wheels until I learned how to properly lock them to avoid drifting.
I now have a Maclaren Techno which I love.

Re: Peg Perego Venezia Stroller
I have one, the 2004 Black Sable (right before the bigger, spring action basket grrrr). I do love it...
Pros - Fully reclining carriage seat, nice size basket, boot cover, loved the reversible handle. Much lighter than a *true* carriage/pram. Perfect for strolling and mall shopping and for napping baby. Kept baby snuggly warm. Large hood.
Cons- Only discovering this after almost two years, but.... I find I now want an all terrain stroller. The Peg cannot handle very rough terrain, I have no sidewalks here and I am ripping the rubber clean off the wheels and getting stuck on uneven pavement. So I am looking into my 4th stroller, a Quinny Freestyle 3xl
