Cell phone Service
I know that this has been done before...but we are trying to decide on re-newing with Verizon or switching completely. Who do you find the best for service? If you had the chance to switch would you?

I have Sprint for more than 7 years. Love the service and I wouldn't switch.

I have Verizon and love it.. but when my contract is up, I will switch to Cingular, because everyone in my family has it, free M2M mins.
.. but IMO, Verizon does have best reception.

See....everyone in my family has verizon (free M2M minutes also), but DH has a thing for verizon because he thinks that they are out to get him because he had a bad phone that had to be replaced 3 times. We are getting new phones and I assured him it would't happen again

I voted for Verizon but I think it really depends where you are calling from. I am primarily in the city and never had any problems. DH works on the south shore and continually had calls dropped so we switched to Cingular. He gets much better service but me, not so much (but it's not that important to me since I work at a desk, he's on the road most of the time).
But I wanted to add he is having hella trouble with that dumb razr phone -- he's up to his 3 and is still not thrilled.

I have T-Mobile... Although I live in Chicago, I have never had any problems when I go home to NY. I also get great reception everywhere we traveled - CA, Vegas, DC/MD, FL, San Juan and even St Thomas VI

T- Mobile has been charging my husband $20 bucks a month for blackberry service- and we don't have a blackberry- and they wont give back the money- and they erased all the notes on the account of us asking to take them off
we swicthed him on to my verizon acocunt this weekend
