I feel like crap today I am upset and I am really not sure about what.
I feel like everyone is mad at me
I am not having a good day at all

i get into Blahhhhhhh moods all the time- that really stem from nothing. i think alot of it right now is also the weather (the whole 'seasonal affective mood disorder' thing)

its been a combo of a lot of stuff thats gooing on
The people at the Building Supply place wouldnt take my check and it made me so embarrassed (I have the money to cover that check) but it was lkind of humiliating and I have felt like crap ever since

I just said to DH this whole week I was so not myself. I really did not like "Me" this week.
I was so cranky, and irritable. I even called myself a ******! Not even PMSing Sorry..TMI.
I dont know what my problem is. Someone posted on here what to do if you are stressed. I posted back..A good cry! I wanted to do that, its a good "release".
I think I am just so tired. My poor assistant had to deal w/me all week. I was better today cuz it was Friday! I even apologized to her. I felt so bad!
I hope the real "me" comes back soon.
