Root Canal
I have to get one tomorrow morning and I am soo nervous! I am alittle baby when it comes to the dentist-are they that bad?

Honestly, I have had two and while they are not fun, they are really not terrible either. With the second one I was in such horrific pain in the days leading up to it, when the RC was over I truly felt like a different person.
Both times I had some numbness, which wore off, but no pain. For me, the worst part came from having a mouth that is too small for all the teeth I have- it was tough for the dentist to get back there, and that was why I ended up needing the RCs in the first place.

You will- they will take out most if not all of the nerves in the tooth.

I had a root canal 5 years ago, but had to go back in Monday to get it fixed. I have a great oral surgeon if you don't have anyone yet. The first root canal was not bad at all. The fixing however.....OUCH.

I had one once, it didnt hurt at all, I actually fell asleep in the chair! Dentist said he never had that happen before. LOL

You'll be fine...if anything it will just feel sore the day after and not pain pain...I've had two and they weren't that bad...they're painful prior, annoying feelings during and just sore after...
and I'm sure you'll get vics or something so you'll be fine...
