Some people are so rude....
This is the phone call I got a earlier this am:
Me: Network Administration
Caller: Yes, can I speak to Anthony Whatever?
Me: I'm sorry, you have the wrong number
Caller: Anthony Whatever, the attorney ?
Me: You have the wrong number
Caller: Well then can I speak to Kathleen Lastname?
Me: You have the wrong number
Caller: Ugh. Is this 555-1234?
Me: No, you dialed the wrong number
Caller: awwwww sh!!!!t *hangs up*

I wish I could...it was an outside the company call, I have no idea who it was...and it was a SHE! 
I was dying for her to call back with the wrong number again so I could be like "awww sh!t, it's YOU again?"

I have to cold call a bit and yesterday I called some one:
Claudia: Hello Blah Blah real estate
Me: Hi can I sopeak to your Sales Manager or VP
Claudia: They're all at a conference today
Me: May I have the persons name that Iwould speak with when I call back
Claudia: You People-you're always putting people on the spot
Me: Excuse me?
Claudia: You know you people never realize that all companies don't have the same structure
Me: You know Claudia, considering you are a real estate company, you should be nice to people who all because aren't they all a potential customer?
Claudia: Yes I guess you're right
Me: Thanks I'll call back in a few days
