I think it's a combo of she changed considerably from the beginning and now truly believes her sh!t don't stink and that she was WAAYYYYY too young when they got married. And by that I only partially mean age becuase I know plenty of other people who get married at her age and are fine. I think she hadn't experienced anything on her own at that point and now that she's gotten a taste of the life she should have had at 20 she realizes what she gave up.

I dont think ANY ONE of us can speculate on anyone else's marriage, and why it succeeds or fails.. and that goes for this couple as well

We the public only know part of the story.. sure we can assume things based on the fact that they did have a TV show about their life, etc.. but still we have no idea what goes on behind closed doors

Felicia - I hear what you're saying and I agree to an extent. But, I do think there are some things that are so blatant, like the fact that she at least seems very different from the person who first started out. I for one can't help but think that had to contribute somewhat to this.

But I do agree that 'speculation' should be done with some respect.

I understand what you saying, I guess since they were a source of entertainment to me, and I completely bought into it, and loved them, that I am very interested in the split. She brought a definite sexiness to being a wife. But, sadly, I think the split is going to be a source of more entertainment, I am sure I will watch Entertainment tonight stories on it, as well as read it in People. I hope it is not true, and the big secret is the baby. I think they really did love each other, but things just got out of control.

i dont think nick strayed - i agree with eileen, she was too young and didn't experience enough before settling down with nick.

I agree also. We only know what we see on magazine covers & Tv...who knows what isreally going on and if this is even true. I like them together.

I like them as a couple, but think that their Newlyweds show was bad for their marriage. They were already exposed and vulnerable being celebrities, even MORE exposure of their personal lives was just not a good idea. I really can't fathom the reasons behind that one. And if all the quotes I've read from her Dad are true- YIKES!!!!!! I definitely think he factors in there.

She visibly changed from Episode 1 of the Newlyweds show until now. On Episode 1, she seemed like someone I could have hung out with.

Now, you'd have to ask the security guard to ask the personal assistant's assistant if you can shake her hand! She is way removed from reality - she used to seem so down to earth and now it seems like Hollywood got her.
