Meals that freeze well???

I need to make a meal for a family that might freeze it, can anyone suggest something (non- italian red sauce) that freezes well?

Chili (turkey, beef or chicken you choose). Brown 1-1/2 lb ground meat, add 1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed), 1 pkt mccormicks chili seasoning, 1 small can delmonte sauce. You can add onion, bell peppers or other beans if you want. You can freeze it into single servings over cooked rice or in bigger servings and microwave and cook the rice that night

Steak Pizzaola: 4 pieces of thin Club Steak, in roasting pan (I use Pyrex because it freezes & bakes well) sprinkle meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried basil on both sides. Pour 1 can of crushed tomatoes and 1/2 can water into roasting pan. Cook at 350 for an hour. Freeze. When ready to serve, put in oven at 350 for 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours. Cook spaghetti and pour remaining sauce over it.

Baked Macaroni: Fry 1 lb bacon in non-stick sautee pan, crumble and set aside. Drain bacon grease into measuring cup. Cube and melt 1-stick of velveta in the same pan the bacon was cooked in. At the same time, cook 1 lb egg noodles. Don't cook all the way, only 3/4 of the way. Drain noodles, and put back into pot. Add some bacon grease (just a little) to keep noodles from sticking. Pour melted velveeta and bacon pieces into noodles and stir. Put mixure into pyrex roasting pans (maybe 3). Freeze at this point. When ready to eat, sprinkle bread crumbs over the top and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until hot. It's really thick, good as a side dish or a meal.

Meatloaf muffins: take your favorite meatloaf recipe and use cupcake molds instead of a loaf pan. Freeze cupcake-sized meatloafs in ziplock bag. Take out as needed (I usually eat 2, DH 3). It makes about a dozen.

Any Stews (sausage, beef)
Any Soups (french onion, pea soup, chicken noodle to name a few)
Stuffed Peppers
