4.5 weeks post partum and...
the past few days I am getting cramps - similar AF cramps. Could it just be my uterus continuing to contract? Or is it possible I could be getting my period soon? (I am breastfeeding!) That would suuuuuuuuck!

same thing happened to me. OB insisted it was not my period. Said something about hormones blah blah blah. I stoppped bleeding PP at 4 weeks and at 5 weeks started again with cramps. I was not happy about that. Thought I was done with those pads. Hasn't happened since though.

hey...I got a question....I know for the PP bleeding you need to use a pad....but when AF comes back, can you go back to using tampons?

i gave it a few months there is a higher risk of getting toxic shock a friend from works sister passed away right after having her baby because she was using tampons and got toxic shock/sepsis
