I am but am on the fence right now. I will not lie- it is hard, but worthwhile. I would opt for Weight Watchers, but since I am always choosing the wrong foods and end up hungry after my points have been used, SB is overall a better choice for me. Drink lots of water, eat lots of veggies and don't over do nuts and cheese . . . .

I have been off it for a while too. I have gained like 6 lbs. I'm way too stressed over the move, but once this is all over I will get back on the ball. I have been so terribly bad! I can't get my butt back in gear...I'm sure I will eventually.

I did it for a week. Lost 3 lbs in the first 3 days, and then I just couldn't do it anymore. I went out a lot, and it was hard. I gained those 3 lbs back :(
