Playing music for the baby
I have read how some people put headphones on their bellies so the baby can listen to music. If you do this, what kinds of songs do you play? Thanks!

Re: Playing music for the baby
We were watching that National Geographic special In the Womb and it said that babies can hear low, bass tones first. My husband is a bass player, so he'll play bass for the baby, but it just gets quiet and stops moving around.
However, whenever I play Shakira, it goes nuts!

I played Barry Manilow threw out my entire pregnancy. And now Anthony gets quite when he hears it and i used to be able to rock him to sleep to it. DH wishes I would of picked a different singer but i love barry and so does my son
