Is there anyway of finding out if a house is sold?
I have a house that is across the street from me for sale. We were told that it was sold and then there was a sold sign on it for a while. Now for about the last 2 weeks, the sold sign is gone, but the for sale sign is still there and the lady that lived there has since moved.

realtors signs are not allowed to be displayed in certain towns..

If the sold sign is gone, it is possible it fell out of contract and the house is available again
